08/02/24 11:00am MVFD continued its carnival tradition of having a special limited opening for Mahopac Central School District and Parkside Preschool special needs individuals.

This event allows MVFD to give back to the community and allow these individual to attend and enjoy our carnival when they would not be able to do so when we have large evening crowds.

MVFD members make themselves available for the event that runs one morning from 11:am - 2pm. The kids get to enjoy the rides and then a lunch of hotdogs and hamburgers.
