Happy Retirement 410

The membership of Mahopac Fire Department would like to take this time to congratulate one of its own. After 26 years of service Ex-Chief Edward J Scott dispatcher 410 has officially retired from his position as a 911 Emergency Dispatcher from the Putnam County Bureau of Emergency Services.

Throughout his many years of service in the Mahopac Fire Department he has held many titles, Chief of the Department, Chairman of the Board of Fire Commissioners, President of the Department to name a few. Chief Scott has dedicated countless hours of his life to MVFD and the residents of Mahopac over his last 45+ years with our department.

We now say Thank You and Congratulations on a job well done for your years of service to both organizations. May you enjoy your well earned retirement and stay safe for years to come.
