06/14/23. 7:00pm. This evening members of Mahopac Fire Department,Carmel Police Department, NY, and Ambulnz-Putnam County EMS all received recognition from the Carmel Town Board, Senator Peter Harkham, Assemblyman Matt Slater and Putnam County Legislator Erin Lee Crowley. The recognition was acknowledgment for the great work performed by all the 1st responders who back on May 20th responded to Eclipse Gymnastics for a reported 8 year old female that went into Cardiac Arrest. It was a true team effort from the first employees on location and the emergency 1st responders that made this horrible incident have a positive outcome.
