12:47pm. MVFD was requested mutual aid to Mahopac Falls Vol. Fire Department on a confirmed structure fire at the old Mahopac Farms. MVFD members with Tower Ladder 18-5-1 and Tanker 18-4-2 filled the first mutual aid request. Upon arrival 18-5-1 was put to work handling the master stream operation for the heavy fire load showing. Additional departments also were requested. Yorktown Heights Volunteer FD, Somers Volunteer Fire Department, Mohegan Volunteer Fire Association, Putnam Valley Volunteer Fire Department, Carmel Fire Dept. NY , Kent Fire Department.
