At 9:45pm Mahopac Fire working a residential structure fire with mutual aid assistance from Mahopac Falls, Somers & Mohegan Fire Departments. The structure was located on a narrow hilly street but firefighters made an agressive interior attack and knocked down the main body of fire within 25 minutes utilizing the onboard water tanks on the apparatus. There are no fire hydrants in the area. The fire was ruled accidental.
