This evening, members of the Mahopac Vol

Fire Dept. conducted a drill to practice water rescue skills. Members practiced donning water rescue equipment including cold water submersion suits, life vests and various personal safety and self rescue equipment. Also rope throw techniques were reviewed and demonstrated. Additional familiarization segments were conducted on use of the rescue boat.
