3:30pm. MVFD operating with Carmel Police Department, NY on Crane Rd in the area of Angela Dr on a one car MVA over the guardrail. No reported injuries and both occupants refused medical transport.
The roadway remained closed for approximately 60 minutes while tow agencies removed the vehicle.
